I’m a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and a Certified Nutrition Specialist® (CNS) candidate, with several years of experience supporting clients through complex health concerns, including hormone imbalances, metabolic dysfunction, digestive issues, skin conditions, and chronic fatigue.

My Approach

I founded Nutritioning with the belief that nutrition should be active, something you use, apply, and adapt as your body changes. My work focuses on helping clients understand how their nutrition, lifestyle, stress, and physiology intersect so they can move forward with clarity instead of confusion.

My approach is evidence-based, collaborative, and highly individualized. I don’t believe in universal food rules or one-size-fits-all protocols. Instead, I work to understand patterns, identify underlying drivers, and create plans that are both effective and realistic.

I offer telehealth services, and I work with clients who are ready to take an informed, proactive role in their health, whether they’re navigating long-standing symptoms or simply want to optimize how they feel day to day.

At the core of my work is education, empowerment, and respect for the complexity of the human body. My goal is to help you feel more connected to your health, more confident in your choices, and better equipped to support your body for the long term.
