Wellness Through a Systems Lens
Helping individuals and organizations improve energy, metabolic health, stress resilience, and long term wellness through systems based nutrition and behavior change education.
Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Kelly, founder of Nutritioning, Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and Certified Nutrition Specialist candidate.
I created Nutritioning to make wellness feel more understandable, practical, and sustainable for real life.
After years of studying nutrition, behavior change, wellness, and human physiology, I noticed something important: many people feel overwhelmed by conflicting health advice, quick fixes, and symptom focused approaches that fail to address the bigger picture.
At Nutritioning, wellness is approached through a systems lens, recognizing that energy, metabolism, digestion, hormones, blood sugar, stress, sleep, movement, and nutrition are deeply interconnected.
My goal is to help people better understand their bodies, build sustainable habits, and create wellness strategies that actually fit real life.
The Nutritioning Aproach
Nutritioning takes a systems based approach to wellness.
Rather than focusing on isolated symptoms or rigid protocols, I look at how foundational areas of health work together to influence how you feel day to day and over time.
These foundations may include:
• Blood sugar and metabolic health
• Stress resilience and nervous system support
• Digestion and nourishment
• Hormones and lifestyle foundations
• Sleep, movement, and sustainable habits
• Nutrition education and behavior change
The goal is not perfection.
The goal is creating practical wellness strategies that support whole body health in a sustainable and realistic way.
Why Nutritioning?
Nutritioning was built on the belief that wellness should feel practical, personalized, and rooted in education, not overwhelm.
My work combines evidence based nutrition, functional wellness principles, and behavior change strategies to help make wellness easier to understand and implement.
In addition to my clinical and coaching background, I hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, which gives me a unique perspective in the workplace wellness space.
My background in finance helps me better understand organizational structure, workplace performance, productivity, and the operational realities businesses face, allowing wellness initiatives to feel both evidence informed and strategically aligned with company goals.
Whether working with individuals or organizations, my focus remains the same: practical wellness that supports sustainable change.
Nutritioning May Be a Good Fit If You…

Wellness for Real Life
Outside of Nutritioning, I’m also a wife and mom who understands that wellness has to fit into real life.
I believe health should feel supportive, sustainable, and flexible, not overwhelming or all consuming.
That belief shapes everything I create, from educational programs to personalized wellness support.
