1:1 Functional Nutrition Coaching
This is my primary service and the best option for clients who want long-term progress and ongoing support.
With 1:1 coaching, we will:
Review your health history, nutrition intake, and symptom patterns
Identify root drivers of symptoms
Create a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan
Adjust and refine your plan based on your progress
This is ideal if you’re ready to make meaningful change and want support that adapts as your body responds.
Discovery Call (30 minutes)
This call is the best first step if you’re unsure what you need or want to confirm coaching is the right fit.
During this call, we will:
Review your goals and current challenges
Identify the best path forward
Determine whether labs or deeper assessment are needed
Confirm which coaching option fits your needs
Functional Testing & Lab Support
When appropriate, I can recommend and interpret testing to help identify underlying drivers of symptoms and guide your plan.
I can:
Order blood work (or review labs you’ve already completed through your doctor) from a functional perspective
Order additional functional testing, such as GI-MAP, DUTCH, and other specialty tests
Help you understand what the results mean and what to do next
Labs and testing are optional, but they can be especially helpful for clients with persistent or complex symptoms.
Corporate Wellness & Workshops
I also offer wellness workshops and educational sessions for businesses and organizations, covering topics such as:
Blood sugar balance
Stress and energy regulation
Hormone health basics
Foundations of functional nutrition
These sessions are practical, evidence-based, and designed to support workplace wellbeing.
